FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the purpose of The Trucking Site?

The purpose of the trucking site is to create a one stop spot for truck drivers, carriers, and dealers to find the best resources, information, and products. The site is designed to constantly increase in size whether it is through information, data, jobs, news, or trucks. Because the trucking industry is changing, we are adaptive and ready to provide the best content possible.

Do I need a membership to use the site?

A membership is not necessary at this time to access all information on the site but to be able to post trucks, trailers, jobs or resumes, either a member account or a dealer account is required.. The purpose of the membership is to make the use of the site come with more ease to people intending to post, apply, or view the contents. Becoming a member of TheTruckingSite gives you the ability to post, edit, view, or add content right from your own profile. Through that profile, members can get updates/notifications on their postings for a more comfortable experience.

Is my information safe on this site? What do you do with my information?

Yes, this is a secure site. You can read our privacy policy here.

What does beta mean for this site? What will be the end result?

The Beta underneath the logo means TheTruckingSite is currently not in it’s final form. It is our goal to create the most comprehensive and largest trucking resource database on the internet which requires many more links and options than what you currently see here. Things that we will have in the near future will be: dealer databases, insurance guides/resources/databases, legal info resources, driving school locators/databases, load boards, carrier directories, starting your own business help, merch, community boards, driver chat, and about as much more as we can possible think to add!
